The project concerns the design and construction of tourist accommodation in Kythnos, organised in individual blocks that adapt to the natural slope of the terrain and fit into the Cycladic landscape. The use of local stonework and white coatings, combined with clean geometries, compose a contemporary approach to traditional architecture.
The outdoor spaces are developed in successive levels around the pool, with semi-outdoor shading zones and seating areas that enhance the functional continuity of indoor and outdoor space. The layout ensures privacy between the individual units, while maintaining visual escapes to the sea.
The architectural proposal focuses on the clear organization and functionality of the whole.
