The project involves the construction of a new five-story apartment building, starting from the study and issuance of the building permit and ending with the construction of the project, which is currently in progress. The apartment building includes six luxurious and independent residences that meet modern specifications. Special attention has been given to the proper resolution of the elevations, and all living spaces are combined with semi-open spaces and balconies. Characteristic of the design were the simple lines.
