The project concerns the construction of two residences in Skyros, designed in direct dialogue with the landscape and the light of the Aegean. White volumes, clean geometries, and natural materials compose a calm and authentic living environment.
The outdoor spaces are organized around the swimming pool, with covered shaded areas and open-air seating zones that enhance the transition between interior and exterior. The view toward the sea and the Cycladic landscape becomes an integral part of everyday life.
The architectural proposal focuses on simplicity and functionality.
